Clean Comfort Program Rebates

To expedite the rebate process, please make sure that:

• Eligible equipment is installed by a qualified contractor who will supply any relevant technical documentation (in accordance with ANSI/ACCA Technical Manuals)
• You take clear pictures of your existing equipment that will be replaced, then take pictures of the new equipment that is installed. Clear before and after photos are required to qualify for rebates.
• The following information is needed with the application:
  • Copy of the paid invoice or contract. The invoice should be itemized and include type of equipment, installation date, purchase price, model number and serial number for all installed equipment
  • Copies of any permits required for installation
  • Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) certificate(s), including unit model number, capacity and efficiency performance ratings.
  • When installing an Air Source Heat Pump – Cold Climate System, submit a copy of the product’s NEEP listing to verify the COP rating.
  • UPC label, distributor’s invoice, photo of the nameplate, or warranty registration for each piece of equipment installed
