Find a Participating Contractor
To get started, select a Participating Contractor and schedule your assessment. The contractor will assess your water heater, heating and cooling system and insulation levels and conduct a health and safety check around the home.
Receive Savings Opportunities
You will receive a prioritized list of recommended improvements with rebate amounts tailored for your home. You decide which solutions best fit your budget.

Eligibility
- This offer is valid for JCP&L residential customers applying through the Whole Home Energy Solutions Program only.
- To qualify, the homeowner must be a residential customer with a JCP&L account number and work with a participating contractor.
- All work performed must meet strict building standards.
- Air sealing must be completed prior to installing insulation.
- Projects may require installation of ventilation to comply with indoor air quality standards. Talk to your contractor about how ventilation and air sealing work together to make your home more comfortable, safe, and energy efficient.

Incentives: Customer must have a minimum savings percentage of 5% based on modeled reduction of consumption.
*Rebates:
- Rebate is $2,000 + $200 for each percentage point of savings above 5%.
- Rebate cap = $7,500.
- All rebates not to exceed 50% of costs.
