Refrigerator must be at least 10 cubic feet in size.
1. Applicant must be a New Jersey residential customer of JCP&L.
2. Rebate applications are valid for qualified equipment purchased and installed beginning July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024.
3. Rebate application must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and be postmarked or submitted online by July 8, 2024.
4. Rebate application with valid customer account number must be accompanied by a legible copy of the paid itemized sales receipt showing proof of purchase that includes manufacturer, model number, store name and location, purchase price and date of purchase.
5. Payment will be issued to the account holder and mailing address on record with the utility.
6. Please allow up to 30 days from the date all required information is received to process your rebate. For the fastest rebate possible, please submit your rebate application online at www.EnergySaveNJ.com/products.
7. All rebated products must be installed and used at the service (install) address specified on the rebate application.
8. Program procedures, requirements and rebate levels are subject to change or cancellation without notice and are subject to available program funds.
JCP&L and/or its designees, including program administrators, do not endorse any manufacturer or product as part of this program.
9. For refrigerators that qualify for the $50 rebate and/or electric clothes dryers that qualify for the $100 rebate must be listed as ENERGY STAR cerified at https://www.energystar.gov/products
10.For refrigerators that qualify for the $75 rebate and/or electric clothes dryers that qualify for the $300 rebate must be listed as ENERGY STAR Most Efficient at https://www.energystar.gov/products/most_efficient
11.By participating in these energy efficiency and peak demand reduction programs, customers agree their electric utility will maintain ownership of all Capacity Rights from electric savings measures, which refers to the demand reduction associated with any energy efficiency and peak demand reduction measure for which incentives were provided by the Company. Your electric utility will aggregate these energy efficiency demand reduction attributes into the PJM capacity market as appropriate with proceeds being used to reduce customers' cost for the programs.
12.By submitting this JCP&L rebate application, you acknowledge JCP&L may audit this application and if requested, you will allow a representative from JCP&L to reasonable access to verify installation of qualifying product(s).
